Partners & Investors

Building More Than Aircraft

Kozi Worx exists to do more than assemble airplanes. We are building a durable aviation platform that enables access, mobility, skills, and opportunity—while proving that high-quality aviation manufacturing and operations can thrive in Africa.

We are in an early operational phase, with aircraft offerings, pricing, and partnerships being rolled out progressively. We welcome partners and investors who are motivated not only by sound economics, but also by a genuine passion for aviation and a long-term belief in Africa’s potential. This is a venture for those who value craftsmanship, safety, resilience, and impact as much as financial return. We are open to aligned capital partners and engage selectively.

How We Create Value

Our business model is elegantly simple and we stick to low-tech, proven solutions:

  1. We find a client who wants an aircraft (or in the case of governments and NGOs, an "aviation solution" to a problem)
  2. A concierge consulting conversation happens with the goal of finding the best platform for the want or need of the operator. This conversation may include live demonstrations or a visit to an existing build so that the future pilot understands and is excited about what they are getting.
  3. We order all the components, making use of the funds deposited by the customer.
  4. The aircraft is carefully built with the most qualified personnel, with or without the client participation, in one of our facilities or, if appropriate, at the client's facility.
  5. Payment is made in full before handover and after quality control and test flights.
  6. Profits are reinvested in the first three-five years to fund growth. Only after the business is growing sustainably will there be any kind of dividend payment.

Simple!

To mitigate risks and encourage demand, Kozi Worx is also involved in:

  • Legislation modernization and advocacy
  • Establishing additional build locations
  • Consulting services for the public sector
  • Development of plane-sharing programs
  • Airshows and aviation events

We are not an aviation service operator, flight school or maintenance organization.

Where Are We Going?

The aviation industry in Africa is ripe for disruption. That being said, we want to start simple and build on our strengths with conservative investment strategies so as to avoid excessive use of credit and share dilution through additional funding rounds.

Once we have established our brand as the no. 1 aviation production and assembly institution in Africa, we plan to:

  • Expand into neighboring markets in the Middle East, South-East Asia and South America
  • Take on manufacturing, assembly and sub-assembly contracts from the big players
  • Acquire licenses for the complete manufacturing of aircraft that are interesting for our markets but becoming less needed in developed markets (such as the PZL-104 Wilga, Pilatus Porter and Antonov AN-2, and Casa C-212)
  • Begin developing in-house designs and producing aircraft for the unique needs we see in our markets

Who We Partner With

We deliberately keep our partner ecosystem focused and practical. We are actively interested in partners who contribute in one or more of the following areas:

  • Manufacturing & Technical Partners
Organizations or individuals who can help us build aircraft—structures, components, avionics, engines, tooling, quality systems, or production processes.
  • Capital Partners
Investors aligned with conservative, asset-backed growth, realistic timelines, and disciplined risk management.
  • Strategic & Access Partners
Partners who can help open doors—regulatory, institutional, industrial, or geographic—through credibility, relationships, or local presence.

We value partners who understand long-term industrial development and regulated environments.

For Investors: Conservative, Proven, and Risk-Aware

Kozi Worx follows a deliberately conservative business model.

  • We focus on private and recreational aviation, and on public-sector and institutional operators for both manned and unmanned aircraft.
  • We do not pursue speculative R&D. All aircraft are based on proven, flying designs with established safety records.
  • Growth is incremental, asset-driven, and demand-led.
  • We intentionally operate across multiple locations and jurisdictions to manage regulatory, economic, and political risk.

This approach favors resilience over speed, and long-term value creation over short-term returns. We engage investors who are comfortable with steady execution and realistic industrial scaling.

Safety-Driven Partnerships

Safety is a core value, not a marketing claim. We actively seek partners who share a commitment to:

  • Airworthiness and quality systems
  • Proper training and operational discipline
  • Honest engagement with regulators
  • Respect for the unique operational realities of African aviation

We believe Africa’s aviation environment deserves solutions designed for its context—not compromised standards or shortcuts.

What We Do Not Publish

To protect our partners, clients, and long-term strategy, we do not publicly disclose:

  • Detailed technical configurations or performance data
  • Pricing models, margins, or commercial terms
  • Names of partners, investors, or clients
  • Active negotiations or government engagements
  • Production locations, capacities, or security-sensitive details

These are shared selectively and responsibly, under appropriate confidentiality.

How to Engage

If you believe there is alignment—whether as a partner or investor—we welcome a private conversation

Initial discussions focus on:

  • Shared values and long-term vision
  • Practical contribution and role
  • Time horizon and expectations

Further information is shared progressively, based on mutual trust.
