Non-Certified Category Aircraft

At Kozi Worx, we work for you. So we want to be fully transparent so you understand what you can and cannot do legally with your aircraft.

Non-certified (also known as experimental) aircraft put flying within reach for individuals and groups for many reasons. They are safe, proven designs, but they are for private use—not commercial service. So you can fly yourself and your friends and family around, or have a pilot fly you around in your aircraft, but you cannot charge anyone for a ride. You can use the aircraft for business trips though.

Use by the state para-government organizations often falls outside of civilian regulation.
